According to ABC News, the Prince George’s County Police Department said the incident occurred about 8 p.m., and De’Andre Johnson has been identified as the teenager who was fatally shot. Another 15-year-old is in critical condition after being struck. A 7-Eleven employee and another adult also sustained gunshot wounds. One of them was treated and released from the hospital, while the other was still hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.

“The preliminary investigation revealed two suspects walked into the convenience store and opened fire before fleeing the scene,” a later statement from the department reads. “At this point in the investigation, this does not appear to be a robbery attempt or a random incident. Investigators are looking into whether any of the individuals in the store were targeted by the shooters.”

Authorities are offering a reward of up to $25,000 for any information leading to an arrest and indictment of the suspects involved in the shooting.
