Although New York Fashion Week has come and gone, there’s now plenty of time to pick up some dope clothing for next season. If you didn’t get photographed for any street style roundups, don’t sweat it. Take that as an opportunity to invest more in your wardrobe. Thankfully, a number of great brands have arrived with some excellent drops this week.
Stüssy is collaborating with Levi’s on an assortment of denim apparel. Adsum is back with a new garments that are both stylish and functional. Palace is releasing some new Gore-Tex jackets, Fear of God is dropping Bikrenstocks, and KidSuper is collaborating with Superplastic to drop a limited edition vinyl toy.

Sinclair

Sinclair Global returns with its second drop this month that’s full of spring-ready essentials. Five-pocket denim jeans constructed out of 12-ounce selvedge denim are decorated with Sinclair branding in contrast stitching on the back pockets. The other highlight form their latest drop is a cable knit cardigan offered in brown and hunter green colorways. Flannels, trucker hats, graphic T-shirts, sweatpants, and more are also available.

Stüssy & Levi’s are releasing a collaborative Spring/Summer 2023 collection. The collab celebrates the 150th anniversary of the iconic Levi’s 501 jeans and also features a limited edition Type II trucker jacket. The 501 arrives in a rugged, worn indigo wash, an original straight leg fit, 5-pockets, and a signature button fly with co-branded shanks. An embossed co-branded logo appears on the front left and back right legs of the jeans along with a custom co-branded back patch. The Type II trucker jacket comes in a matching wash and boasts a boxy fit, relaxed armholes, added welt pockets, corduroy collar, and Baja-inspired pocket bags. A special fleece liner featuring Stüssy’s eight-ball logo and a co-branded logo embossed on the back rounds off this commemorative release.
Fear of God x Birkenstock

Birkenstock and Fear of God are releasing the Los Feliz sandal in wool felt, the second offering from their collaborative efforts together. The Los Feliz evokes Fear of God’s design language without compromising the functionality and comfort Birkenstock’s footwear is known for. The sandal is defined by a deep heel cup, raw edge outsole, and an exaggerated, monolithic strap closure that accentuates the shoe’s minimal look and feel. The Los Feliz also wraps Birkenstock’s signature cork-latex footbed in tonal suede. The sandal is available in “Cement Melange” and “Ash Melange” colorways. Kid’s versions are also available.
Starker

Anyone who’s invested in contemporary Polo collecting culture today certainly knows who Starker is. While the Brooklyn-born artist is best known for making waves within New York City’s underground rap scene as a member of the RRR collective (shouts out to YL and Zoomo), keen observers of New York City fashion have likely stumbled on Starker before. He’s appeared in New Balance x Aimé Leon Dore ad campaigns and his artwork even graced the cover of Westside Gunn’s Peace "Fly" God album last year. So, it’s no surprise that the man behind standout releases like The Bootleg Collection has also released some excellent bootleg merch. A long sleeve inspired by the New York City-based clothing retailer Sportslane pays tribute to Starker’s go-to sneaker store, which helped build the foundation for the style he’s known for today.
Adsum

Adsum will release the first drop from its Spring 2023 collection this week. Its latest collection is inspired by vintage Northeast collegiate styles. Standouts from its latest drop include the Seam Shorts, which are inspired by volley shorts of the past but constructed with smooth nylon fabric that’s accentuated by coverstiching details. An overdyed denim jacket was manufactured through traditional denim manufacturers and boasts a unique wash finished off with brass shanks and rivets. Cargo trail shorts inspired by Upstate New York’s lakes are both functional and stylish. A fishing sling bag is one of the best accessories to arrive from Adsum’s first drop. Inspired by classic waist packs, it can also be worn like a sling day pack and boasts multiple pockets for ample storage. Outerwear offerings include the 2-way down jacket, a windproof and weather resistant convertible jacket that hides coil zips and can be converted into a vest.
Palace

Palace will release its anticipated seasonal run of Gore-Tex jackets this week. Gore-Tex jackets and pants will be available in orange, black, white, and olive green colorways. The jacket boasts several pockets on the front and features a reflective Tri-Ferg logo hit on the chest along with taped seams, watertight zippers, and other technical features. Palace is also releasing a collaboration with Rebook this week centered on their Club C II Mid Revenge. Palace’s take on the sneaker boasts branded details on the laces, side panel, and embossed on the heel. It will be available in white/blue, tan, and black/neon yellow colors.
KidSuper x Superplastic

Superplastic has just unveiled a collaborative art toy designed with Colm Dillane of KidSuper. Titled “KidSuperplastic,” the collection features two 8-inch Chop Chop figures styled in KidSuper’s signature motifs. One figure is a reinterpretation of KidSuper’s superhero logo, while another is inspired by a desert print from his previous collections. Each figure holds a removable paint brush engraved with “Kidsuperplastic” that is actually useable. The matte magenta and soft blue vinyl superhero boasts a gold belt buckle and is limited to 1,666 editions. The other figure wearing a desert cape is only available in 500 editions and a special version will only be sold at Superplastic’s flagship in New York City.
Market x Funkadelic

Market is collaborating with the iconic ‘70s funk band Parliament/Funkadelic on a special collection. Garments inspired by their album Let’s Take It to The Stage will be featured on unisex apparel, accessories, and a collectible basketball. A knit sweater, a shag fur jacket, and a dyed graphic hoodie are some of the standout items within the collaboration.
Sergio Tacchini

Sergio Tacchini’s Spring/Summer 2023 collection is centered on landscape prints and color gradients inspired by the intersection of tennis and lifestyle. Suicoke

Suicoke’s Spring/Summer 2023 offering explores themes of color, print and textile experimentation. Digital prints produce unique looks on Suicoke footwear models like the GTA, MOTO. Whereas Italian Injection styles, such as the POLK, CAPPO and URICH, have reappeared this season in new bold colorways. Suicoke’s iconic MOTO and DEPA styles have also been updated with an original Running sole by created by the label. As for Suicoke’s ZIP model, it has undergone a textured reinvention this season by utilizing mesh beneath a check tape material. As always, Suicoke pushes innovative designs while fore-fronting comfort.
Avirex

Avirex’s Spring 2023 collection has arrived. New hoodies, joggers, mesh shorts, graphic T-shirts, and, of course, leather jackets and apparel are now available. Standouts from its latest collection include a baseball varsity jacket, a Nappa leather jersey, and a limited edition crocodile-embossed leather icon jacket.
Bee Line

Bee Line is set to release the first part of a special in-house capsule collection for the Spring/Summer 2023 season that highlights new illustrations on classic silhouettes. The label’s creative director, Joseph Au, tapped artist Shaun Crawford to help design the assortment of quality pieces that were sourced specifically for this release. The drop will features a Goldenbear varsity jacket boasting classic calfskin leather sleeves, molten wool body construction, and satin quilted lining. The jacket features embroidered bee graphics on the chest and back, a satin chain stitch logo on the chest, and leather embroidered numbers on the sleeve nodding to the year Goldenbear was founded. A new core hoodie will also be introduced, which features a collegiate-style arch logo. The first release will be rounded off by a pair of canvas work pants.
