With a central theme titled Punk: Chaos to Couture, early signs show that this years Met Gala is going to be one for the books. Not only is Kanye West rumored to perform, and the show being livestreamed, but also, one designer is bringing back pieces from his punk inspired fall/winter 2012 collection.
Fashions own non-conformist, Thom Browne will be offering a Frankenstein mash-up of trench coats studded with spikes, and tailored jackets hanging on together by safety pins. It doesn’t even get any more punk than that. The pieces are now available only at Thom Brown’s 100 Hudson St. location in NYC. Yeezy, we have your outfits.
