Retired NHL Player Wayne Gretzky is Selling His Swanky, Thousand Oaks Mansion for $10.5 Million
The retired NHL player just put his Westlake Village home on the market for $10.5 million.

In case you needed more evidence that life as retired NHL player Wayne Gretzky is, well, the good life, just look to his Thousand Oaks mansion that he recently put on the market. Right now, the California home is going for $10.5 million, which is a little cheaper than the last place he sold for $18.5 milli in 2007.
In addition to the lower cost, this 8,711-square-foot, five-bedroom home is arguably even swankier than the last one he sold. With a huge swimming pool, a sick fountain, and an overall sleeker interior, the mansion is to die for—just imagine the ragers you could throw inside. Not that most of us non-NHL-legends could afford it, would you drop $10.5 million for this crib, fancy as it is?
