G.H. Bass has just launched its Super Soft Loafer collection for Spring/Summer 2023, offering a range of styles for both men and women alike.
As its name suggests, the seasonal collection is defined by a series of silhouettes made from either smooth and tumbled full grain leather, ultra-soft suede, nubuck, and oil rich pull-up leather. The offering comprises profiles such as the brand’s original Weejuns Larson Penny Loafer and the Larkin Tassel Loafer in two colourways—“Black” and “Rich Chocolate”—with a subtle matte finish.
Also arriving as part of the line-up is the Weejuns Venetian: an ultra-sleek style reintroduced by the brand after numerous seasons. Using the buttery full grain leather to heighten the ease of the silhouette, the shoe’s traditional profile is elevated with a black rubber top piece, before being rounded out with hand-stitched seams as well as a leather heel sock with embossed gold foil branding.
