British outerwear label Barbour has revealed its second collaboration with C.P. Company. Offering a fusion of archetypal elements, the Fall/Winter 2023 capsule explores the duo’s constant search for innovation through tradition, and includes two waxed jackets which utilise the expertise of both brands.

Realised in earthy hues, the offering kicks things off with a hybrid style that merge Barbour’s signature Bedale design with the C.P. Company’s Mille Jacket. Made with 8oz waxed cotton, the Barbour x C.P. Company Creel Wax Jacket boasts wrap-around flap pockets, a detachable hood featuring C.P.’s signature watch lens and goggles, and an adjustable collar.

Elsewhere, a true attention-grabber within the collection emerges in the form of the Barbour x C.P. Company TC Explorer Wax Jacket. Drawing inspiration from the Italian label’s iconic Explorer design, the piece effortlessly combines heritage fabrics with a sturdy two-way zipper that extends to the hood.

Reflecting on the joint venture, C.P. Company designer Paul Harvey said: “Working with Barbour is always a tremendous pleasure since the two brands have so much in common, but this time was especially good as we finally got to taste firsthand the Barbour experience on the shores of the North Sea. We think the resulting jackets reflect the closeness of the brands and also their shared integrity in everything they do.”

Championing circularity, the collection is rounded out by 25 exclusive repurposed Barbour jackets, crafted in South Shield. Available now, profits made from each sale will be donated to the World Land Trust charity, an environmental conservation group that protects the world’s most biologically significant and threatened habitats.

You can cop the mainline C.P. Company x Barbour collaboration from Oct. 19 on barbour.com and cp.company.com.
