Axel Arigato turns up the heat and sets new levels with their debut, full ready-to-wear collection for AW19.
Having cemented their position as a heavy-hitter footwear brand with apparel lines and accessories littered throughout, Axel Arigato is proving their talents further with a collection consisting of 10 menswear and 10 womenswear looks.
Aptly named HYPERSPEED, the collection looks at speed, in turn providing looks that put the focus on functionality and sharp-edged athletic-wear. With layering at its heart, the collection utilises functional fabrics, a bold palette, and technical lines to build looks from the ground up. This allows Axel Arigato to cement their looks with the foundations that built the brand, with HYPERSPEED introducing two new footwear silhouettes.
Speaking on the collection, creative director and co-founder, Max Svardh, said: "You could say that we've pressed the reset button on ready-to-wear. With a new direction, we’re offering a cleaner message of minimalist, superlight technical pieces that feel authentic to the brand - it should be seen as an extension of our footwear collection."
