The new Nike home shirts for the US Men's and Women's National Soccer Teams are all about subtle detail. Look closely, and you'll find a tonal ode to the sash featured on shirts worn by the Men's National Team when they defeated England in the 1950 World Cup. "Old Glory" is placed at the back of the neck of each shirt inspiring pride and echoing the stripes of the shirts themselves. Each kit is made using an average of 13 recycled plastic bottles and is 23% lighter than previous kits. Use of bonded seams also makes the kits stronger.
