Palace came through with the "If you ain't there, you ain't fucking nowhere" beanies and cotdamn does 14-year-old me wish I could wear these to school on some low-key disobedient tip. Like, I'm wearing a beanie to school that implies a swearword, but the patch is so small no one will really notice. But I'll know I wore a questionable beanie to school and that's all that maters. When you're fourteen and trying to be rebellious without actually getting in trouble (which is technically the point of rebellion), skate brands are your best friend. As adults (ostensibly) skate brands are still our best friends because they remind us that we used to be able to do athletic things and that saying "fuck" is actually really fun.
