Damn, Neighborhood and Carhartt WIP just teamed up to make the carpenter jean cool again. Do you guys remember when carpenter jeans were, like, the A.P.C. New Standard of 7th grade? No? Okay, well, we don't share as many cultural touchstones as I thought. Anyways, back in my day, if you showed up to the junior high dance in regular jeans there was no way that a girl 4 inches taller than you would ask you to slow dance via a note based to you by her best friend. I cannot wait 'til I show up to the club in some murdered out carpenter jeans with rivets and shit on the thighs.
