Stampd Is Making Its Debut at Barneys With an Exclusive Collaboration

Barneys New York and Los Angeles-based brand Stampd have teamed up for a special collaboration called the Barneys New York XO Stampd 130 Collection. The name of the collection comes from the address of Stampd's flagship store in L.A.

"I wanted to launch with Barneys when I knew it was the right time for the brand and we would have something unique to offer to the Barneys customer," designer Chris Stamp said of the collaboration in a press release. "That's where the concept of The 130 Collection was born. With our current collection titled New Soldier, the aesthetic and timing lined up in a way that formed a very organic conversation with the Barneys team in New York. We pulled a few pieces from the current collection and re-worked them exclusively for Barneys and our 130 S. La Brea store. We added specialty washed down cottons, making every piece special—something you could only experience if you sought it out."

The 130 Collection includes four ready-to-wear pieces, including the Raw Oversized Camo Overdyed Tee for $125, an Overdyed Camo Cargo Zip Pant priced at $240, a Black Arctic Parka for $475, and an Overdyed Camo Bomber for $400. Each piece will intentionally and gradually fade with each wash to achieve the perfect warn in look without affecting the quality of the item.

It's been a big year for Stampd, which opened its first store in Los Angeles only this past April and already scored the huge honor of becoming a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist.

The last couple of years have also been huge for menswear and streetwear. In addition to Stampd, brands like John Elliott and Fear of God have been added to Barneys' roster. This past September, Bergdorf started selling Kith.
