This past weekend was absolutely packed with celebrities attending the shows and events that make up
New York Fashion Week. From Friday afternoon through Sunday night, marquee names were spotted alongside the Spring Summer 2014 collections and amongst the party people that packed into secret soirees every night.
Having a celebrity show up at a party or fashion show isn't anything new, but the scheduling worked out this season so that this past weekend was absolutely wild in terms of celebrity attendance. Anyone who was working a camera definitely has cramps in their shutter button finger today. New York Fashion Week is only about half over, but we're pretty sure that the next few days won't hold a candle to the crazy amount of Celebs Who Showed up at NYFW Over the Weekend.

Nicki Minaj
Appearances: Performed at Alexander Wang's after party; Herve Leger by Max Azria show
After sitting front-row at the Herve Leger by Max Azria show on Friday, Nicki took to the stage at the Alexander Wang after party and performed a bunch of her best-known hits. At one point, she even invited Wang up onto the stage, where the designer busted some moves before bowing down to the emcee. Minaj also chilled with Rihanna behind-the-scenes.
Cam'ron
Appearances: Mark McNairy show
Cam'ron sat front row at the Mark McNairy show next to his girl (and social media star) JuJu and Miss Info. The Harlem native watched his homie Pusha T walk the runway and gave him daps after the show. Who knew that a reunion of the duo behind "Popular Demand (Popeyes)" would happen during NYFW?
Rita Ora
Appearances: Walked the DKNY show
The one-time Complex cover star closed the DKNY show in true style. The singer strutted down the runway and, in a welcome diversion from the typical stone-faced look of models, let her personality shine through as she smiled and sashayed down the runway.
Pusha T
Appearances: Walked the Mark McNairy show; En Noir presentation
After Danny Brown closed the show at Mark McNairy's NYFW debut a year ago, rumors were swirling as to who might be the guest of honor at this season's show. Along with Nick Wooster, Pusha T made his modeling debut on McNasty's runway, a connection we hear happened via Pharrell. Pusha also made sure to peep the dope SS '14 collection by En Noir.
JR Smith
Appearances: Robert Geller show; Hood By Air show
One of the most fashionable New York Knicks made the rounds during NYFW and was spotted sitting front row at Robert Geller and Hood By Air. We just feel sorry for whoever had to sit behind him.
Lady Gaga
Appearances: Performed at V Magazine party
Lady Gaga performed at a secret party for V Magazine, and the pop singer belted out an impassioned 45-minute set of music from her upcoming Artpop album. And if anyone in the crowd didn't care for this particular type of music, her seashell bra and thong definitely had people interested.
Russell Westbrook
Appearances: Rag & Bone show; Altuzarra show; Opening Ceremony show
The fashionable NBA star isn't afraid of taking style risks, and he did not hold back while sitting front-row at a few shows this past weekend. Of course, you don't get seated next to reigning queen of fashion Anna Wintour without putting yourself out there, so it looks like the next level gear that Westbrook is a fan of is paying serious dividends.
Ciara
Appearances: Prabal Gurung show
Ciara sat front row at the show of her friend Prabal Gurung, while wearing the designer's creations head-to-toe. If some attendees missed what happened on the runway because they were distracted by Ciara, we could not put them at fault.
Justin Bieber
Appearances: Yohji Yamamoto show; Opening Ceremony show
After the Y-3 show, during which Yohji Yamamoto performed a drum solo, Justin Bieber headed backstage to give a pound to the master designer. He then chilled front-row at Opening Ceremony's debut runway show, where he was spotted dancing in his seat to the bumping soundtrack.
Rihanna
Appearances: Opening Ceremony Show; Alexander Wang after party
The rumor mill was abuzz on where Rihanna would pop up during NYFW. After partying backstage with Nicki Minaj and Alexander Wang at the designer's party, RiRi sat front-row in a look that she's dubbed via Instagram, "#ghettogoth."
Kanye West
Appearances: Hood By Air show; Alexander Wang show
Kanye West was spotted earlier in the week at the Louise Goldin show, and popped up again over the weekend at Hood By Air and Alexander Wang. In simple denim, washed blues, and plaids, Kanye has seriously toned it down since Tommy Ton took the iconic street style photo of Yeezy and his crew in Paris, 2009.
