If you don’t know Acyde and Tremaine Emory (aka Denim Tears), you’ll almost definitely know their work. They’ve consulted for some of your favourite brands like Nike and Stussy, worked with A$AP Rocky, Virgil Abloh and some of the biggest names in the game and, last year, set up No Vacancy Inn, a transitory radio station/clothing brand/party collective. In that short year, they’ve released mixes by everyone from Hiroshi Fujiwara to Supreme’s Angelo Baque, their run of T-shirts sold out almost immediately at Dover Street Market and they've even coined the term 'Art Dad'.
We caught up with the pair to talk about a life spent crossing the Atlantic, No Vacancy Inn, and their involvement with Chivas Regal’s ‘The Blend’ project.
