It seems like 90 percent of Hollywood is on the same high fashion wave these days, and we're privy to every single outfit thanks to the ubiquity of social media and the 24/7 nature of celebrity-driven news coverage. In an awesome time-space warp of the constant documentation, we've also become super aware of how celebrities used to dress, encouraged by the #ThrowbackThursday phenomenon. It might be cringe-worthy to look back at some awful haircut you sported or the way you used to dress when you thought you were on top of the world, but thankfully celebrities were fashion victims too—they're just like us! Let's take a stroll down memory lane and celebrate Throwback Thursday: How These Celebrities Used to Dress.

Scott Disick

Before: 2003

After: 2014

Before Scott Disick was into high-end street and sportswear, he was into dandy suits. And before that, he was into looking like struggle-Ashton Kutcher.

Jay Z

Before: circa 1988

After: 2013

Flat-top, short-shorts, Js, and a floral-print shirt? '80s Hov would be at home in Williamsburg, Brooklyn in 2014.

Tyga

Before: 2008

After: 2014

Who would win in a fight: Dork Tyga or Faux-roah Tyga?

Pusha T

Before: 2002

After: 2013

Pusha Man leads the pack for rappers who dove into the high-fashion wave. Followers beware: the transition isn't as seamless as Push makes it look, and it's clear that some of the sheep have fallen short.

Pharrell

Before: 2004

After: 2014

Skateboard P's riding the reformed streetwear-head, cool-dad wave along with Kanye these days. While we have a purer form of streetwear's second wave on the left, Pharrell in 2014 is the embodiment of how streetwear, menswear, and high-fashion can be blended together to create something that stands above most.

Jared Leto

Before: 2002

After: 2014

Here we spot a rare case of a celebrity dressing more subdued in the early aughts than they do now. Damn you, 30 Seconds to Mars!

Kid Cudi

Before: 2008

After: 2014

Cudder may be swerving in a more fearless sartorial lane these days, but look closely at the 2014 pic and you'll see that some things never change.

2 Chainz

Before: 2007

After: 2013

Definitive ranking of Tauheed Epps' personas: 2 Chainz >>>>>>> Tity Boi.

Nas

Before: 1999

After: 2014

What, you thought '90s Nas was all about the military jackets and Timbs? Illmatic may have been a pioneering endeavor, but Nas fell hard for late '90s-era moves that we all thankfully moved past.

Kevin Hart

Before: 2005 After: 2014

From being basic and baggy to having to explain his pants to the likes of Hov. But it's not like Hart being vertically challenged should hold him back; there are plenty of stylish short guys doing it right.

Wiz Khalifa

Before: 2008

After: 2013

Wiz Khalifa, the epitome of A$AP Rocky's "clothes get weirder" mantra. People are pretty split on Wiz's current style, but we're of the mind that most things are an improvement over '08.

Fabolous

Before: 2005

After: 2014

Loso's way is a lot less ghetto fab these days. With a new album on the way, Fab's definitely started delving into high-fashion territory and taking inspiration from the moves made by today's sartorially-conscious rappers.
