Jaden Smith has made it very clear that he DGAF about gender norms. The 17-year-old has been openly experimenting with "girls" clothing, not only in his daily life, but on magazine covers and in womenswear campaigns. So, it isn't surprising that in an interview with British GQ Smith shares that he doesn't even see a difference between men's and women's clothing.

"I feel like people are kind of confused about gender norms. I feel like people don’t really get it," he said. "I’m not saying that I get it, I’m just saying that I’ve never seen any distinction. I don’t see man clothes and woman clothes, I just see scared people and comfortable people."

Smith's view on not separating clothes by gender is one that is quickly spreading. The idea that gender is on a spectrum and not a binary has propelled a movement towards more unisex dressing from runways to mass retailers like Zara, meaning soon we will be seeing a lot more comfortable people.

You can read the full interview with Smith in GQ Style's Spring/Summer 2016 issue available on March 17.
