Check out these shots of a new mural by street artist Phlegm, in the town of Cardiff, Wales. We all know the jetsetter from his work across the globe—we last heard from him in Warsaw and Albany. But now he’s gone close to home in this new piece as part of the Empty Walls Festival. It’s a traditional Welsh dragon, though the size of the work is hardly traditional, dwarfing more than one wall in its presence. The work is viewable on City Road in Roath, Cardiff, Wales.
