American Architect Daniel Libeskind, known for his progressive plans for the World Trade Center site in NYC, just completed the Run Run Shaw Creative Media Center in Hong Kong. The center houses laboratories, theaters and classrooms for the City University of Hong Kong's departments of computer engineering and media technology.
