Several regions in western and central Russia have declared a state of emergency as forest fires are sweeping over 500 miles of land. More than 1,000 homes have been destroyed and 30 people have tragically lost their lives as Russian authorities scramble to contain the spread. Don't throw lit cigs out of your car windows, kids.
