It's designed to evenly distribute its own weight and survive rising sea levels, earthquakes, tidal waves, and floods. It also features solar panels and a rain collection system, with the intention of making the hotel an "independent life support system." If the end of the world is truly near, this structure seems able to withstand the destruction to come.
