José Parlá's work deserves all the praise and admiration he's gotten, especially in the last few years. His new "Prose" exhibition at Yuka Tsuruno Gallery in Tokyo includes a 50-foot mural and a variety of vibrant pieces showcasing the limitlessness of his urban calligraphy style. It precedes his collaborative exhibition with JR, "Wrinkles of the City," at Bryce Wolkowitz gallery in NYC on May 7, 2013.
The exhibition opened on March 21 and is on view until May 18, 2013.
