The New York Public Library Installs Free Photobooths for Selfies

Finally!

None

We were just saying to ourselves that the worst part about going to the library is that we had to take a break from selfies. Not anymore! The New York Public Library has installed standing photobooths for all our selfie needs. The photobooths are free and allow the model (that's you) to enter information about what you're doing at the library (reading, maybe?) and to see what others are doing there, too. Apparently you can also learn about photography and the history of the photobooth as well, but we're pretty sure that was already an option.

According to the Gothamist, the library on 42nd Street and the Mid-Manhattan branch both have functional booths now, so head over and step your library-selfie game up and potentially land yourself a modeling contract.
