Rihanna's second annual Savage X Fenty Show, boasting pieces from the new Fall/Winter 2019 collection, will be livestreamed exclusively via Amazon Prime Video worldwide.

"I couldn't be more excited that everyone will have full access to The Savage X Fenty Show this year!" Rihanna said in a press release Monday. "We are working on creating a bold, sexy, super energetic experience for our viewers."

The Sept. 20 event goes down during New York Fashion Week in conjunction with NYFW: The Shows and is being touted as a "groundbreaking" experience that will mark a "radical departure" from the traditional fashion show methodology. Among the teased components so far are a blending of "music, fashion, and culture" that will include live performances from artists yet to be announced.

The livestream will be archived as an Amazon Original and will also come complete with a special behind-the-scenes doc chronicling the show's path from vision to reality.

"[Rihanna's brand] authentically reflects empowering statements of inclusivity, body positivity, and fun," Amazon Studios boss Jennifer Salke said, adding that the platform is "thrilled" to give fans a virtual "front row seat" to the 2019 proceedings.

Rihanna's 2018 Savage X Fenty show in New York opened with The Beatles' "Because," brought to life in a performance from participating models that was choreographed by Parris Goebel.

"I think it's a shame women have to feel insecure of self-conscious about how their bodies work," Rihanna said after the 2018 show, perVogue. "They've been taught by society that only one thing works."
