L.A. based Renowned takes their offering to the new level with the introduction of their Season 2 collection titled 'SHADOWS'.
Serving as the follow up to their PARADISE collection, the second season offering from Renowned offers a dark tone, reflected through the dark graphic choices throughout. This delivery provides a front-facing demonstration of the brand's journey from its humble beginnings, to a fully fledged streetwear label.
Speaking on the direction for the Spring/Summer 2019 SHADOWS collection, Renowned’s founder John Dean said: “Throughout the SS19 collection, we use contrasting hues and imagery to show the internal struggle between dreams and reality. The wolf motif is consistent in this collection, representing the hunger and drive along 'the chase' of achieving your dreams. Contrarily, the rising sun graphic illustrates a brighter look towards our futures. Whether they be social, environmental, political, or internal, there will be obstacles that block your path to success. ‘Shadows’ is about confronting those obstacles, finding the inner strength to overcome them, and shining brighter on the other side.”
