It looks like this Halloween Justin Bieber is paying tribute to his friend Will Ferrell by dressing as one of his funniest characters.
The singer posted a photo to his Instagram this morning decked out in a Jackie Moon costume complete with short shorts and a curly wig. Ferrell wore the ridiculous outfit when he played the fictional '70s basketball player in the hilarious movie Semi-Pro.
We have to say he definitely nailed it.
