You know who Lucky Blue Smith is even if you don't know who he is because you've seen a John Elliott lookbook. Well, he's blowing up and has even crossed over into the mainstream thanks to an appeared on Ellen in April.

GQ talked to the man himself, or should I say kid because he's 17. And from Utah? Naturally, he's in Paris right now walking in a few shows and you can probably bank on him being in a few when the circus swings back to New York. Basically, he's a 17-year-old dude who's beautiful and the girlies fucking love him even though he's barely old enough to consent in some countries. It's crazy how popular models can get in such a short time, especially these days. At least some people are out here getting laid off the 'Gram. While he may be globally famous at this point, he just likes to skateboard and hang out like most 17-year-olds tend to do. In case you were wondering, that shock of platinum blond hair that has helped his star rise requires touch-ups every six weeks, which he is worried will make his hair fall out.

Meanwhile, he lives and shares a room with his four sisters in a small L.A. apartment, getting homeschooled in between his travel schedule. He's made some waves in the LDS community as well as he's a Mormon and was even afraid to bust an awkward teen move on Ellen's show because he hadn't danced much in his life because when you're Mormon you're not allowed to have fun. I don't know what you were up to at 17, but I was just smoking weed and playing Halo 2 with my friends, dreaming about one day getting paid little to no money to blog about men's clothing on the Internet. Kids these days, man. SMFH.
