The French photographer started his art education in Brussels before moving to the School of Applied Art of Vevey, Switzerland, where he graduated in 2011. During this time, he started his project Scrublands, which documents people living off the grid. He spent weeks at a time living in remote farms across Europe to capture the images that he wanted, while also experiencing life with the farmers. In fact, when he joins a farm, he never initially introduces himself as a photographer. He has won several awards including the LensCulture Emerging Talent Award and the Getty Images Emerging Talent Award.
