Have you ever seen a photo of Alexandre Plokhov? Homie looks like he seriously never fucking sleeps and may have taken one or two doses too many of the krokodil. I would assume that's because he doesn't ever sleep because he's up all night crafting fire gear. His S/S 15 collection is classic Plokhov (who now heads up Helmut Lang as well as just dropped a banger with Uniqlo). It has the lack of color we all know him for and a Power Rangers aesthetic if Power Rangers was set 100 years in the future and just killed giant monsters instead of teaching kids morals and all that other lame shit. The thing about Plokhov is that his own collections always seem to teeter on the precipice of fuccboism, but never fully crosses the threshold. I attribute this to his deftness of avoiding sharp graphics and instead relying on solids, but, then again, what the fuck do I know. Alongside the predominantly black, white and tan color palette, Plok dropped in some seemingly Gyakusou-inspired nature prints on toned down colors and threw in some masks straight outta Ninja Gaiden. I can guarantee all the girlies in Shinjuku will wanna try on your sorcerer's necklace.
