This morning, Supreme announced that it has teamed up with Italian brand Stone Island for a F/W 14 capsule collection, marking the first time the two storied brands have hooked up. Talk about an interesting partnership. Stone Island is a brand known for its rigorous finishing and garment treatments and puts out some of the best outerwear in the world. While it's well established for its popularity amongst British chavs, Stone Island continually pumps out great product. But said product does come at a cost, one a little bit higher than the typical Supreme fanboy is probably used to (prices here range from $260-$1,446). So, will this drop be as popular as some of the other, more attainable Supreme collabs? Basically, in so many words, how fucking lit will Lafayette St. be on drop day? Well, we'll surely know this week as the collaborative collection is set to hits stores on Thursday, October 2nd. The lineup features a field jacket, sweatshirt, sweatpants and a camp cap in a solid selection of colors. The field jacket is probably the standout item here, featuring a removable liner and stowaway hood complete with and attached eye mask for, you know, for the next time you hit up Burning Man and a sandstorm rolls through.
