In case you are living under a poorly-dressed rock, Pitti Uomo is currently popping off, and never one to miss a rioutous event centered around style, Kanye West flew in from Cannes to attend the Ermanno Scervino presentation, with designer Ermanno Daelli and partner Tony Scervino. The all-white collection was shown in the same ancient fort where Kanye and Kim Kardashian were married just a month ago in the hills of Florence, Italy, and Kanye definitely dressed for the occasion, sporting a coked out look head-to-toe and proudly rocking adidas.
After the presentation of the spring/summer 2015 collection concluded, Kanye joined the likes of Virgil Abloh, Vogue Italia editor-in-chief Franca Sozzani, and Scervino himself for a dinner at his wedding venue. Apparently, it was Daelli himself who helped convince Kanye to choose Forte Belvedere as the setting for his big day. All in all, the West cameo just goes to show that Pitti Uomo has extended into festivities well beyond just existing as a trade show.
