Every year, Pantone chooses an official "Color of the Year." Emerald Green took the crown last year and this year's replacement has yet to be announced, but iStockPhoto thought it would be great if a group of designers from around the world tried to predict the color choose and provided a short explanation of why they think it would be Pantone's choice. The responses were compiled into the infographic below. It's interesting that so many shades of blue were chosen and that only two of the designers think Pantone will go with a brighter shade next year. We'll check back in when the official decision has been made to see if anyone was right.
