The partnership between Taka Hayashi and Vans Vault has been on point. The designer has been adding Native American-inspired twists to Vans’ iconic vulcanized sole sneakers for the past two seasons, and adds two new silhouettes this time around. The first is the TH Engineer Boot Zip LX, which borrows styles from a previous boot, this time outfitted with a Vibram sole. The second is the TH Cornice LX, a mid-cut shoe with Horween leather and ikat pattern details.

The first apparel collection is also introduced this season. There are five pieces including tees, a waxed jacket, army pants, and denim which are all part of the spring/summer 2013 collection. Similar to the shoes, the clothes also have a vintage aesthetic. The apparel hits stores in March, while the kicks are online and hitting select Vans retailers now
