Japanese designer Youta Kakuta designed the bold, simple Tree Ring Clock for More Trees, an intermediary organization with support of over 100 people from various industries to activate and promote carbon offset by maintaining the world's forests. The clock was cut directly from a log, and the rings appear to almost be drawn on the face. At 7,140 yen, that translates to around $93. Not too shabby. Available for purchase here.
