It's not an Acura Integra or a Mazda RX-7 or a Honda Civic, but for a while, the Chevrolet Cavalier was one of the most customized cars on the road. Produced from 1982 through 2005, tt was cheap, it had a motor that could take a lot of abuse, and you could find a ton of parts to fit on that tiny little body. When the pool is so big, there are bound to people people out there that are creating some monstrosities. As we know from the PT Cruiser customs, some people's loves are every single other person's worst nightmares. Check out the worst of the worst with 22 of the Worst Chevrolet Cavalier Customs Ever.

Smooth

Not a good look when your car looks like it was just sculpted out of the wax that was melted from an old pumpkin candle.

Cavalier! Scoops! Body Kit! Orange! Bright! Barbed Wire! Lambo! Chrome! Shiny! WOO!

via

Alien

The gaps, weirdly shaped body kit and lights that look like they're bulging out so much that they're going to pop make this look like one of those poorly planned replica cars.

Flame Silver

"Back up, yeah, a little more, now turn the wheel back, okay, stop. Left a little more. Okay, perfect." Yeah, because right next to a garbage can is such an ill spot for a photo spread.

Tribal

This one looks oddly similar to the borders we used to draw around our the edges of our math homework in 4th grade.

Headlights

Are those yellow windshield wipers?

Slits

Sometimes, when people go back through their old photos and see a date, they can be like, "oh, man, look at that hair. That style was what was in." Not the case with this photo. Aside from on Mustangs, slits on the rear windows were never a thing. Ever.

Star Treck

Nothing about this resembles any sort of Chevrolet, let alone a Cavalier. It looks more like one of those super happy Japanese cartoon characters.

via

Slammed

We didn't even know Cavaliers could look that long. Or that low. Or that metallic blue, for that matter.

Wack

This guy is trying WAY too hard to be like Brian from The Fast & The Furious. Seriously, look at that decal.

Chin

The Jay Leno of cars, ladies and gentleman.

One eye

Let's hope this one-eyed monster stayed in this condition and never actually made it onto the roads.

311

We don't know what's worse, the chain-link fence spray paint design or the rear bumper that definitely looks likek it was supposed to be the front end of a body kit.

Red Black

There's nothing particularly outrageous about this custom. It's more the fact that it looks like it's all being held together by Big League Chew bubblegum.

via

Ripped

We were going to leave this alone, because the paint job is actually not bad, but those scoops, man. It's a Cavalier! WHY THE HELL DO YOU HAVE ... 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 ... NINE SCOOPS AND INLETS!?

Bubble

It looks like this car was lactose intolerant and just sucked down a gallon of milk with that bottom feeder fish mouth it has.

via

Barbed

The barbed wire down the side of this car are extremely fitting, seeing as we'd never want to come within 10 yards of it.

Blue

"I can pretend to street race with all four of my homies in the car with me! It'll be so awesome, dude!"

Z24

This is a Z24, so it does have a little better performance, tribal stenciling is something we're never going to let go, whether it's on your arm, your car, or that weird bike helmet you copped last month.

Chameleon

Don't get us wrong, we have complete respect for chameleon paint. It's an extremely rare, and awesome, look that gives any car an extremely unique personality, even in this color. But STILL, like ... on a Cavlier. It's just hard to get over that initial speed bump.

via

Roids

We were never really fans of cars that look like they have 12 flaring nostrils in the front. Calm down.

Batmobile

The website we found this on says that this is being shown and marketed as a Batmobile. As much as we were hoping for the possibility of a split window in the C7, we didn't imagine it ever showing up on a Cavalier. Or whatever this thing with wings and drumsticks on the side of it is.
