The Volkswagen Beetle is trying to be more manly. With the new E-Bugster Speedster concept, VW is half way there. The drop-top electric Beetle looks great, but lacks in the performance department. An updated version of the car revealed in Detroit, the Speedster will likely provide a base for the new Bug convertible that will make its debut in Los Angeles in November.
