Debuting in Geneva.

In the first week of January, we nominated the Hyundai Intrado concept as one of Complex Rides' most anticipated cars of 2014. Today, our excitement was affirmed, with an early leak ahead of the Geneva Motor Show. What you're seeing is Hyundai's first completely new hydrogen fuel-cell vehicle. Currently, Hyundai is leading the fuel-cell parade by putting out hydrogen-powered Tuscons in California (where almost all hydrogen filling stations live). Those vehicles look exactly like the gas Tuscons. It's time to change that.

Now we have the Intrado Concept, an SUV that somehow has an aggressively bubblicious feel. Yes, bubblicious. Look above that beltline and check out that rear hump. Notable features include the front and rear bumper fins, the interesting wheel well surrounds, the wildly bright interior, and the simple center console. Hyundai has stated that this car will have a super lightweight structure, as well as a smaller and lighter hydrogen system. More details to come in Geneva.
