How is it that the DMV in Virginia let this fly? Some creeper in Virginia is driving around in his Infiniti G-Coupe all but soliciting the local high-schoolers. Very classy.
Jalopnik has chronicled the weird decisions of the Virginia DMV ever since some clever guy got a "Kids First" plate that read "EAT THE" and it was revoked. Since then, many plates that are much less entertaining and much more offensive have been allowed.
