A Saudi was drifting his car in public, a hobby known as hagwalah, when he crashed and killed two people. In order to punish this crime and deter other Arabian hoons, he is to be decapitated publicly. The logic for this is that it is being treated as publicly negligent homicide.
The punishment will be administered by sword.
