Lamar Odom is in a Los Angeles hotel, where friends are trying to get him help for an unspecified drug problem according to ESPN. The information comes after Odom's agent Jeff Schwartz refuted a TMZ report Sunday that his client had been missing for 72 hours after a dispute with his wife, Khloe Kardashian.
Schwartz told ESPN.com's Marc Stein earlier Monday:
This story has taken so many twists and turns in the past few days. There are conflicting reports from TMZ and Lamar's agent. Either way, Lamar is going to have a hard time finding his way back to the NBA after this story that will raise red flags along the entire league. Odom can't wxpect to sign with a team without having to answer to all of these rumors and all of the speculation.
