Odell Beckham Jr.'s future with the Cleveland Browns next season might be up in the air.
The superstar receiver gave some pretty vague answers Thursday, when asked if he'll return next year, even though he's signed until 2023.
"No one knows what the future holds tomorrow,'' he said Thursday. "I couldn’t tell you. My locker is right next to one of the people that mean the most to me in the world. I think about coming to work and seeing him every single day and how special this could be, so I couldn’t sit here and tell you whether I’m going to be here, want to be here, don’t want to be here. This is exactly where I’m at right now, and I wouldn’t rather be anywhere else.''
He continued his responses along those lines when asked about his offseason. "That's something we'll worry about when offseason comes around," he said. "Right now, I'm learning. Finish the season strong. If we can make the playoffs, I'm all in. I'm going to give this team everything I have."
The vague nature of his response has led to some confusion as to whether or not he'll stay, but as for now, the wide receiver's focus is clearly on the Browns. Anything beyond that is pure speculation.
With the rumors swirling around his future, we've looked into five teams that could benefit most from having one of the top receivers in the game: The Cowboys, Rams, Patriots, Packers and 49ers.
