Whether they actually own the vehicles or not, rappers are always weaving luxury and sports car names into their lyrics. It's part of the whole persona. What does every rapper want you to know about them? That' they've got a lotta dough. And if they've got money, they're obviously travelling in nice rides. But they have to make sure and let you know exactly what they're in, whether it be a Lamborghini, a Maybach, an S600 'Benz or an old school Chevy. The lyrics, like the cars, age over the years, and new models are weaved into the rhymes. Before 2013 cracks open, we've got some speculation about just what the trendy rappers will be stunting on everybody with. We're talkin' next level, like the Aston Martin Vanquish, the Ferrari F70, and the McLaren P1. Check out these 25 Cars that Rappers are bound to name-drop next year.

Plug-in hybrids are the future. Plug-in hybrid luxury is the new hot shit. Panameras have had their day in rap. (We see you, Game). This mid-engine sports car should appeal to every MC with a penchant for speed, and the slightest social conscious.

You might think that Pusha T is under the Lamborghini spell that's been draped over G.O.O.D. Music, but he's never been one to follow. As the F70 takes the place of the Enzo, a 7.3-liter V12 that is rumored to put out a punishing 900 horsepower will push this to the forefront of Ferrari and Pusha's wish list.

Bowtie name drops are a dime a dozen. But, there are a few guys that really know Chevys. Thinks Spitta. Think Stalley. We think news of the Holden Comodore-based SS will inspire lyrics and narrative songs about cruising the strip. The seductive allure of the SS-already announced in NASCAR form-should give it the rap cred that late-model Monte Carlos enjoy.

This is something we could see Lupe Fiasco or Asher Roth mentioning in a concious track about how 150 acres of rainforest is destroyed per minute.

Lincoln Navigator

If you think the Navigator has had its day, you'd be right. Lincoln's massive SUV enjoyed a brief moment of fame in the early 2000s. And now, its back...almost. With the relaunch and rebrand of the Lincoln Motor Company, we're expecting a new Navigator with the fresh design language for 2014. Wait, this list is about 2013, right? Yes, but if the car drops at a major autoshow, expect name drops to follow shortly after.

Mercedes-Benz Pullman

No more Maybach, no problem. The Pullman is a Mercedes S-Class stretched out to provide seating for six. The President of India rolls in one. Consider it a rival to the Bentleys and Rolls-Royces of the world. Consider it one of the reasons that Mercedes is atop the ladder in the luxury car stakes. Consider it a perfect reference points for guys like French Montana, Rick Ross, and Wale...well, guys who need to move on from screaming "Maybach."

Aston Martin Vanquish

Aston Martin Music! Yessir. Drop Vanquish in the line and trump all foes. This is one luxury ride we wouldn't fault a battle rapper referencing. The 2014 version was unleashed at the recent L.A. Auto Show and we're still hyped about what we've seen. Obvious 007 connections don't hurt the cars cultural cache either.

Pagani Huayra

Kim Kardashian was recently seen looking at these excessively expensive supercars, after wind that they're finally coming to the U.S. It'd take a lot to top Kanye's Aventador gift, but this would probably do it ...

The original concept of the Bentley SUV was hideous. But do rappers really buy cars for the looks? No. They buy them for exclusivity and a name. Considering that T.I. is such a family man these days, and he's already got a Mulsanne, we wouldn't doubt it if Bentley's entry into a new segment ended up in his garage.

Rappers are wayyyyyy too cocky to let Steven Tyler's weird-lookin' ass stunt on all them like this. Somebody's going to realize what's happened and buy the newest model, which will have an estimated 256 more horsepower.

Without naming names, some rappers need to get back to basics. Who wouldn't respect "the most off-road capable Wrangler in history." The truck is named after America's most rugged trail, so it deserves mention in rugged bars. Plus, we're thirsty for gritty street tales that require tough getaway cars.

A$AP wore his shoes, and the two were on a cover together. It's only right if he completes the trifecta and rocks the winged smart whip.

Saleen 351 Mustang

Wiz Khalifa has name dropped plenty of classic pony cars, and blew up on his song "Black and Yellow," which highlights a black and yellow Dodge Challenger. The Challenger is getting discontinued, and he's already had a Camaro. It's time to take on the beast that is the 700hp 351 Saleen.

One of the most dazzling cars shown at the L.A. Auto Show, the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Black Series stuns with its gullwing doors. It thrills with a 3.5 second dash to 60mph. And, it provides bragging rights as the "highest expression of the AMG brand." All these elements combine for the perfect "fuck you, I'm rich" reference point. Get with it, Jigga.

Jay-Z made the '96 GS 300 legendary. Since then, Lexus hasn't regularly been on the tip of rapper tongues. However, an aggressive redesign has made the GS relevant again...and not just for drivers. This sport sedan challenges the Audi 6 and BMW 5-series on the road, and will hopefully inspire boasts on tracks too.

If Fabolous ever remakes "Into You," the Jaguar F-Type will undoubtedly be the car he scoops his lady in. The super sexy convertible is the legendary British automakers first roadster in 50 years and is built to prioritize acceleration.

SRT Viper

Detroit's most venomous sportscar is refreshed and retooled for 2013. More refined than previous incarnations, it now battles European rivals for both amenity and muscle. Perfect fodder for any of Michigan's able MCs.

Birdman will no doubt be all over this. It's replacing the best supercar ever, the F1, and he should be getting tired of that sorry Bugatti any day now.

Here's what Machine Gun Kelly said about buying his first car: "I need some shit that is as wild as I am. That or a muscle car or something, just some loud, ignorant shit. I need some shit that matches my personality, which is in your face and fuck off." He's going to be due, and the F12berlinetta would be a perfect fit. Extremely flash, Ferrari's fastest road car ever, super expensive, and the rear has been to said to look like the female sex organs. Sounds like a perfect fit.

Falcon F7

The American-made Falcon F7 is the perfect name drop for classic car loving up-and-comers. Rappers love to keep up with the Joneses. Often, this means that commercial songs lose the soul of early records, with references skewing to the status quo rather than continuing to reflect personal interests. We know Stalley likes classic Lambos. We also know he's a fan of Americana. Sliding the Falcon F7 into a rhyme would reconcile both interests.

Set for full reveal next Month, the Corvette C7 has a new emblem to match the new design. Will Curren$y add the seventh-generation 'Vette to his list of favorites?

We are sick and tired of Bugatti references. Fast car lovers, like Lil' Wayne, should get hip to Poland's-yes, Poland-650 horsepower supercar. We already understand what it means to say, "Let the suicide doors up," but a new twist on the idea won't hurt any song.

This joint is handcrafted, fully armored, and exactly the type of vehicle that would allow Rick Ross to say "Fuck you, GDs." Added bonus: The Knight XV is limited to 100. This means the car is also perfect for bragging about exclusivity and stuff. Win, win.

Couple things here. First, the D8 is crazy expensive for an SUV—$280k or so. Second, rappers love Paris right now. Why not reference a car named after an endurance rally that ran from France to China? The obscurity of both the model and its name influence should appeal to those who play on "you ain't up on this" references. If Kanye passes, Big Sean might try and work Spyker into future bars—it's a great ride post spa.

Rappers haven't rapped about a proper Caddy (sorry, Escalade) in some time. The rear-wheel drive, universally loved ATS should change that. Its one of the finest cars of the last year, and the greatest American car in a generation. All it needs now is a few choice lines to cement legendary status.
