After hearing a Ray Lewis motivational speech, plenty of people have probably felt so pumped up that they could smash their head through a wall and feel no pain. Joe Flacco wasn't one of those people. In fact, some of Lewis' speeches left Flacco chuckling and even scratching his head. In an honest interview with ESPN The Magazine, Flacco spoke candidly about his reaction to Ray's words of encouragement:
WHAT?! A lot of them didn't make sense? Ray's words were like metaphorical waves from the sea that needed to crash into your body, wash over you, enter your pores and become one with your being! Oh no, Flacco, look what your words did to Lewis!
