Early Wednesday morning, New York Knicks forward Cleanthony Early was reportedly shot once in the knee and robbed of a gold necklace and gold caps for his teeth after leaving a Queens strip club. Since the ordeal, Early has been released from a nearby hospital and found the time to hop on Twitter to thank his supporters.
The incident has brought the support of people, like J.R. Smith, who defended Early's right to, basically, live his life off the basketball court. 50 Cent came to his defense on Instagram, defending his actions, but he took it a step further and said he would look into getting Cleanthony's stolen items back, as soon as today.
50's mission may not have been a success so far, but there's still a couple more hours in the day. Stay tuned.
