During Monday Night Raw, Kurt Angle had the unfortunate task of telling the Detroit crowd that Brock Lesnar would not be in attendance even though it was advertised that he'd be there. Shortly after that, a pissed off Roman Reigns entered the ring demanding answers and wondered why Lesnar wasn't being punished:
Reigns also went backstage to take the issue to chairman Vince McMahon in a confrontation that we're sure was chill. After the two agreed to meet in McMahon's office off camera, it was announced that Reigns had been given a "temporary suspension":
The "temporary suspension" comes before Reigns is set to face Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34 on April 8. A wiser man than me might think that these two storyline developments are connected in some way.
