It may be easy to forget, as you slog away pretending to get stuff done during the final hours of your work week, that in other time zones it's already Friday night. But it is. And it was in one of those time zones (namely, in Dublin, Ireland) that Conor McGregor totally lost his shit after a post-fight confrontation with a referee.
The encounter, which you can watch above, went down at Bellator 187 where McGregor was in attendance to support SBG Ireland teammate Charlie Ward. Ward had just defeated opponent John Redmond by 1st round KO in a preliminary match when McGregor opted to hop the Bellator cage to celebrate with the victor. At that point, veteran ref Marc Goddard separated the two, which led to an overly dramatic scene where McGregor shoved him a few times (though not nearly with full force) giving us the closest thing we'll see to Conor fighting in an octagon in 2017.
Goddard apparently did this because he was trying to clear the ring in an effort to verify the outcome of the match:

According to ESPN, back in October Goddard gave McGregor a formal warning after he told the hot-headed fighter not to walk around the cage during the fight. McGregor was also at that event to support a different teammate, Artem Lobov (who was in the cage in the vid above). We'd say he's a slow learner except that obviously wouldn't apply here since it's so clear that he doesn't give AF what Goddard tells him to do.
