Thomas Callahan, head of the Horse Cycles store/workshop in Brooklyn, NY, describes here some of the work that goes into a Horse Cycles fixed-gear bike, how he got started, and what his latest collaboration with the Ace Hotel represents to him. Though we're not entirely sure what exactly a hotel does with a small fleet of bicycles we're definitely digging the end result of this collaboration.
