It's been a bit of a rocky summer for Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch. Even though everything in his life should be going great since Seattle won the Super Bowl earlier this year, he's run into several road blocks over the course of the last couple months that have prevented him from focusing on football.

First, Lynch held out of the beginning of Seahawks' training camp due to a contract dispute. Then, his mom got very upset after reading something that an ESPN.com columnist had written about him and attacked the writer online. And now, Lynch is being investigated by the Bellevue Police Department in Bellevue, Wash. after an incident allegedly took place between him and a female early Sunday morning.

The police have already come out and said that the incident did not involve domestic violence or sexual assault and that Lynch has not been charged with any crime. But according to the Seattle Times, the BPD received an allegation involving assault and personal property damage on Sunday. And the police are currently looking into the matter and are interested in speaking with Lynch ASAP to talk with him about his involvement in the alleged incident.

What does this means for Lynch and the Seahawks? For now, nothing. But we'll continue to monitor this situation to see if it results in any legal action being taken against Lynch.
