When animals get hit by cars, they usually don't get up. From cats and dogs to possums and deer, the term "roadkill" exists for a reason. If a car is traveling over, say, 15 or 20 mph and it comes in contact with an animal, that animal is pretty much a goner.
That is, unless that animal happens to be a bear. As you can see in this video, bears are not like other animals. This particular bear from Russia got walloped by a car driving down what appears to be a highway recently. And the accident didn't even seem to faze it at all. The bear got up after getting hit, brushed itself off, and ran right back into the woods.
