Cleveland Browns Are Apparently "Alarmed" by Johnny Manziel's Off-Field Behavior

Johnny Manziel's party lifestyle—especially one photo—is rubbing the Cleveland Browns the wrong way.

It looks like Cleveland's scouting report could've used a bit of work. Or some experience with Google.

The Browns are reportedly "alarmed" by Johnny Manziel's antics since they drafted him. His offseason this year is pretty tame compared to the fails he got into in 2013, unless shouting out TOPSZN and hanging with The Money Team is somehow against the code of conduct. To be fair, the team does have a somewhat legit reason to be concerned after a shot of him rolling up a dollar bill at the club surfaced. Certainly can't have that, right?

The easy argument would be that whatever he does on his personal time is OK as long as it doesn't violate conduct policy or affect his on-field performance. That's reportedly untrue, however. Cleveland.com reports that Johnny Football has "regressed in practice after the first week of organized team activities" because of his lack of dedication to the playbook.

This isn't ideal news because July is almost over (sheesh!) and the NFL Kickoff is a little over a month away. Maybe the Browns are overreacting or maybe Manziel has to get it together, but it does look like there's some discordance between the two that needs to be solved.
