NBA fans took to Twitter Thursday night to call out LeBron James for flopping during Game 2 of the Western Conference finals.

It occurred at the start of the fourth quarter, when LeBron tipped a pass from Nikola Jokic, before flailing his arms and falling to the floor. The Space Jam: A New Legacy star was rewarded for his dramatic acting, as the Denver Nuggets star was hit with an offensive foul.

Many basketball fans logged on to mock LeBron for his antics, including San Antonio Spurs rookie Jeremy Sochan.

"Why does 'King' James flop so much?" Sochan wrote.

In Sochan's defense, San Antonio is feeling itself, and for good reason. On Tuesday, the Spurs won the 2023 NBA draft lottery and the right to select one of the most hyped prospects in recent history, Victor Wembanyama, with the No. 1 overall pick in next month's draft.

A former collegiate star for the Baylor Bears, Sochan was selected 9th overall in the 2022 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-8 forward is coming off a notable rookie campaign in which he averaged 11.0 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.5 assists per game.

As for LeBron, the Lakers are now facing a 0-2 hole in the Western Conference finals. King James has a chance to right the ship Saturday night in Game 3 against the Nuggets.
