If you're driving into New York City tomorrow, you may want to leave early. There is a big hole in the bridge that has shut down two of the upper levels and one of the lower levels. As of 6 p.m. on November 18, delays were up to 90 minutes in all directions and commuters in the Holland and Lincoln Tunnels got to their destinations a half hour later than expected. Check your local news reports before heading out and make sure you put another gallon or two into your tank.
